• නව හා පවතින නිෂ්පාදන සඳහා raw material yield විශ්ලේෂණ සිදු කිරීම, approval forms සටහන් කිරීම සහ yield දත්ත වලින් specifications update කිරීම.
• TEC committees ආශ්‍රයෙන් raw material yields maintain කිරීම සහ update කිරීම.
• ERP system තුළ recipe සහ yield නිවැරදි බව සහතික කිරීම, planning, forecasting සහ production සඳහා සහය වීම.
• Airlines සහ outlets සඳහා දෛනික, මාසික production plans monitor කිරීම, variance analysis සිදු කිරීම සහ corrective actions ගැනීම.
• Airline menu grids සහ recipe specifications ERP තුළ create, update, code කිරීම.
• ERP master data manage කිරීම – menu development, supply chain planning, costing, pricing සහ database updates approvals සමඟ ensure කිරීම.
• Airline meals, frozen meals (local/export), සහ catering units සඳහා material requirement plans ERP තුළ generate කිරීම.
• Menus සඳහා weighted average costs provide කිරීම සහ UL Cafeterias, lounges, restaurants, VVIP events සඳහා costing support කිරීම.
• Production plans අනුව local/imported raw materials සඳහා purchase requisitions raise කිරීම සහ approvals සමඟ submit කිරීම.
• Production teams සමඟ coordinate කර ERP data regularly update කිරීම, production capabilities optimize කිරීම, සහ project timelines අනුව tasks manage කිරීම.

🎓 අවශ්‍ය සුදුසුකම්
• G.C.E. (A/L) සමත් + Hospitality Management Full/Part Professional Qualification + අවම වශයෙන් 2 වසරේ relevant experience
හෝ
• G.C.E. (O/L) 06 Passes (English & Mathematics credit passes අත්‍යවශ්‍ය) + අවම වශයෙන් 2 වසරේ relevant experience
💻 IT දක්ෂතා – MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
🗣️ Excellent writing & oral communication, leadership, negotiation/problem solving, analytical, planning & organizing skills
