1. Driver – Grade III (PL 3) – 01 Post

1️⃣ සුදුසුකම් (Qualifications)

බාහිර අයදුම්කරුවන් (External Applicants):

• G.C.E. (O/L) විභාගය: විෂය 6ක් සමත් වීම, අවමවශයෙන් Credit 2ක් (ඕනෑම 2 sittings තුළ)

• Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Department of Motor Traffic විසින් නිකුත් කරන ලද)

• Driving License ලබාගත් පසු අවම වශයෙන් වසර 3ක් රියදුරා ලෙස පළපුරුද්ද (Gov. Approved Organization මගින් Driving Practical Test කළ යුතුයි)

අභ්‍යන්තර අයදුම්කරුවන් (Internal Applicants):

• Heavy Vehicle Driving License

• අවම වශයෙන් වසර 3ක් driving experience

• Primary Unskilled (PL I) category post එකේ අවම වශයෙන් වසර 5ක් satisfactory service

2️⃣ වයස (Age Limit)

• 18 – 45 වයස (අභ්‍යන්තර අයදුම්කරුවන්ට upper age limit බලපාන්නේ නැහැ)

3️⃣ වැටුප් (Salary)

Salary Scale: LKR 43,280 – 67,040 (step increments)
Basic Salary (01.01.2026): LKR 40,834 + COL
PL 3 Driver Basic Salary (01.01.2026): LKR 38,488 + COL

📌 EPF සහ ETF අයිතිය සමඟ permanent appointment

4️⃣ තේරීමේ ක්‍රමය (Method of Recruitment)

• Trade test සහ Structured Interview (Council මගින්)

• Public service / Corporation / Statutory Boards හි අයදුම්කරුවන් respective heads මගින් යවිය යුතුය

5️⃣ සාමාන්‍ය කොන්දේසි (General Requirements)

• ශ්‍රී ලංකා පුරවැසි විය යුතුය

• Physical සහ Mental health විශේෂ අවශ්‍යතාවන්ට සුදුසු විය යුතුය

• දිවයිනේ ඕනෑම ස්ථානයක සේවය කළ හැකි විය යුතුය
